"Helpful at first, then kind of confusing"
At first the sales advice seemed helpful, but then it ended up not really matching what I actually needed. I feel like this always happens with sales stuff, they make it sound like the right fit in the moment, and then later you realize it’s not quite what you were looking for.

"Fit my setup just fine"
Worked with my filter with no drama at all. i was half expecting it not to fit because somehow these things are never as “universal” as they claim, like there’s a secret committee making sure one tiny part is always off by a millimeter. But nope, it went on fine and did exactly what I needed.

I was expecting at least a couple of hiccups by now, but so far it’s been steady. No random shutoffs, no weird glitches, nothing that’s made me regret it yet. I don’t want to overpraise it, but it’s been doing what it’s supposed to do...

"Helpful support, just wish I’d asked sooner"
I emailed them before ordering because I wasn’t sure which filter would actually work for my well water. They got back to me quickly, I’m sure the same day, and explained it in a way that was easy to understand. i kind of regret not reaching out earlier because it would’ve saved me some second-guessing.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that I did have to send one follow-up about shipping, which was a little frustrating. But they replied and got it sorted out, so overall I’d say the customer service was good.

"Pretty sure I got what I ordered"
I mean, everything seemed to match my order, so I guess it all went fine? I was a little confused at first checking it over, but nothing was missing or wrong as far as I could tell.

"Pretty happy with the value"
I was in one of those comparison-shopping moods and looked at a few different places before going with Clean Water Store. Their prices felt fair to me, not always the absolute cheapest, but the overall value made sense. The info on the site also helped me feel more confident about picking the right filter, which was a relief. Shipping was a little higher than I was hoping for, so I’d give it 4 stars, but I’m still happy with what I paid.

"Water finally smells normal again"
We got a filter setup from Clean Water Store because our well water had that nasty rotten egg smell, and it was leaving stains in the sink too... not exactly what you want to deal with every day.
It did take a little time to get everything adjusted and running the way it should, but once it was dialed in, the change was really noticeable. The smell is gone, and the water actually tastes good now, which still feels kind of surprising...
We’ve been using it for a few months at this point and haven’t had any problems. Overall I’m happy with it. It does what we needed it to do, and it’s just nice not thinking about the water every time I turn on the tap...

"Warranty help was actually easy"
I had an issue with one of my filter parts after a few months, so I emailed Clean Water Store to see what could be done. They actually made the warranty process really simple and didn’t turn it into a big hassle. The replacement showed up quickly too. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it.

"Water tastes way better now"
Our water used to have this weird smell to it, and the spots on the dishes and faucets were driving me nuts. I didn’t even realize how much I was noticing it until after we got the system from Clean Water Store set up. The water tastes cleaner now, and weirdly enough, my showers feel better too, less harsh on my skin. The setup took me a little bit to get my head around at first, but support was helpful and got me through it. So far, I’m really glad we did it.

"Helpful tech support, just a little wait"
I was having a hard time figuring out the settings on our well water filter, so I ended up calling Clean Water Store tech support. The person I spoke with really seemed to know his stuff and walked me through everything in a way that made sense. My brother was there with me too, and we both appreciated that he didn’t make us feel silly for not knowing what we were doing.
The only downside was that I had to sit on hold longer than I would’ve liked. It wasn’t terrible, but it was enough that I’d give the experience 4 stars instead of 5.
Once I finally got through, though, the help was genuinely useful. The system is running better now, and I’d be willing to call them again if I needed help.

I had a small issue with my order and reached out to support. It took a little bit to get everything sorted, but they did fix it and it’s all good now. Not a huge deal for me since things happen, and I appreciated that they handled it.

"Pretty easy install overall"
I got it installed over the weekend, and it was straightforward. The instructions mostly made sense, the parts fit like they should, and I didn’t end up needing to call anyone for help. Always nice when something more or less just works.

Our well water used to leave awful iron stains and had that rotten egg smell all the time. Clean Water Store helped me figure out the right setup, and it’s been working great so far. i’m really glad we got it taken care of because it was getting annoying...

We ordered this iron filter for our well water, and it’s helped a lot. The water is so much better now. Setting it up wasn’t too bad, but the manual was a little confusing and took me a bit to figure out. Overall, I’m happy with it.

As someone who gets a little nervous about packages leaking or getting banged up in transit, I was relieved when this showed up perfectly fine. The box was intact, and there were no leaks or damage at all.

"Easy instructions to follow"
I found the instructions on cleanwaterstore.com easy to understand. They were clear and I didn’t have to read everything over and over to figure out what I needed. It’s nice when a site just keeps things simple instead of making it harder than it needs to be.
